OUR STORY
Grafted onto MM111 rootstock. Heirloom apple is an all purpose applewith yellowish flesh, very firm, crisp, juicy, and moderately acidic with a clean fresh taste. A favorite of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin. The Newtown Pippin was the only food commodity exempt from the crown import tax during Queen Victoria’s reign because her court liked it so much.
