Hoople's Antique Gold Apple Tree

OUR STORY

Hoople’s Antique Gold is a sweet, crispy, and nutty-flavored apple. It was discovered as a natural limb mutation (sport) on a standard Golden Delicious tree in the 1960s by Harry Hoople at the historic Hoople Fruit Farm in Otway, Ohio. Grows in USDA zones 5-10. Blooms midseason and requires another tree blooming at the same time for pollination. Trees are bench grafted 1/4-3/16 inch diameter and 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall when shipped.
