OUR STORY

The Belle de Boskoop is a renowned 19th-century heirloom apple from the Netherlands. Prized by chefs and bakers, it features a distinctively sharp, citrusy tang. Its dense, firm flesh holds its shape perfectly when cooked, making it an ideal choice for pies, strudels, and tarts. Trees are bench grafted 1/4-3/16 inch diameter and 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall when shipped.
