OUR STORY
Wickson apple is desired for making crabapple jelly, partly because of a high pectin content. Intense flavor, small red fruit is crisp, juicy, tart, tangy and spicy. Highly recommended for dessert. Extremely high in both sugar and acid. Sugar level of the juice is around 25%. Making it one of the most coveted American cider apples. Makes excellent single-variety cider.
