Discovered in an old planting in California during the 1980s. This apple has a rich, spicy-sweet flavor with distinct cinnamon and clove, the wine-red fruit is excellent for fresh eating, baking, and pressing into cider. The tree grows well in USDA zones 4–10. Grows great in the South. Blooms mid season and needs a pollinator tree that blooms at same time. Trees are bench grafted 1/4-3/16 inch diameter and 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall when shipped.
